EE DATA not working

I've never had a problem with EE mobile data, till the last couple of months The data's been terrible. I'm watching Disney or amazon and the buffer comes up, I update a game and it comes up slow Internet connection is causing tge update to take longer, I open this page and the blue loading bar takes a bit to load the page. I've reported the Internet not working before but it just tells me everything's working in the area.

I've been having data problems for the last couple of months. Mines been working but everything buffers, or Internet pages load up very slow. I've reported it but I keep getting told everything's working in the area. The worst thing is this is the only network available to me.

Its happening in the area I live in, at home the data is running slow, calls are dropping. EE is the only network that covers all Dalrymple Ka6 6ea. I've never had problems till the last couple of months. I've ruined phone off n on, etc. But nothing changed. I gave up on the Internet today the page I was trying to open just buffered after 5 minutes with no change I just turned it off. Its the only Internet I have. If I go to ayr there's no problem using the data etc.

Tried chrome, Samsung, the wee swirly one can't remember what it called.
Look I give up, I had a great deal at £10 a month for calls data n text
with virgin when they used ee, then they changed to vodaphone n 02, which
is not available where I live. So I had to change back to EE which for the
same package costs me £20 then it went up. So now I'm paying gor calls
dropping and not being able to get on the Internet, or dliw pages. A 25
minute anime on streaming platform now takes me oversan hour to watch with
the buffering. I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving.
