Hi @RH0803.
Do you have another device?
It does not have to be an iPhone.
Are you able to follow the steps provided on this page to check the APN settings?
Speak soon,
Katie 🙂

OK we'll try. We tried to use settings suggested by Vodaphone website and changing the domain to EE but my daughter's phone doesn't appear to have those setting options. We'll try with my Samsung. Thank you

I was holding out so much hope for this after having this problem for about a year but it hasn't worked 😞 Any other ideas? I need to access my work VPN from home and always did it by hot spotting off my phone signal (wifi non existing where we live) and one day it just stopped working. EE aren't helpful on the phone and work IT department are blaming EE, there must be a way around it! Thank you in advance!

Did your IT Team mention what they think is causing the problem?

Hi @Lucy170
Thanks, we don't block VPN's if this is not working for you this would need to be reported to your IT department to be looked into in more detail.
Leanne.

Hi @Lucy170
I am not aware of any reason for this not to work for you.
Is anyone else on EE having the same problem?
Leanne.
