Hello,

it says i’ve used all my data up in 2 days? how is that possible, it apparently renews on the 7th of every month.

Have you checked your data usage by app in your phone's settings to see where your data has been used?

If you're not sure where to check, please let me know which phone you're using.

yes i can see which apps use data on my phone but i’ve never used 30GB as
you can see on my previous data usage history?

no, nothing more than usual, i haven’t downloaded anything extra either

If your data usage reported in My EE doesn't closely match what is showing in your device settings for your current billing period, please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can take a quick look at your account.
