Can I buy data for a ee pay as you go user if I amo O2.

Not directly but you can top-up their PAYG credit from which they can buy data. Use Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is their mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
