Issue with Unlimited Data Plan Activation

I recently purchased the unlimited data plan and linked the SIM card with the number to the account.

However, the SIM card shows no balance, and I’m unable to use mobile data.

Could you please check and confirm if the plan has been correctly activated on this SIM?
