So it says I have 25GB data a month, but it never works out of the house to connect to the internet and I always have to get WiFi from wherever I am and isn't always available so I am hoping this can be amended

I am sorry to hear you are unable to use your mobile data, is this something that just started recently? 

What type of phone is it you are using? When you pull down the quick menu by swiping down from the top of the phone, is your mobile data showing as on here?

I hope you are keeping well. 

Thanks for getting back to us, it sounds like we need to switch your mobile data on. 

You can do this by swiping your screen down from the top and tap Mobile data on or you can follow these steps:

Go to settings > Go to connections > Go to data usage > make sure the toggle next to Mobile data is on.
