I have received a message from EE to say all my data has been used. I would like to know day by day, when that data was used. Can anyone advise me how to access that information on the EE app please.

Hi @aoutlion123
What are you plan allowances.
Are you sure the message is not refering to shared data.
Thanks

Thankyou for responding, Northerner.
My data allowance is low, about 1.5 GB.
However, 99% of the time I use my home hub, as now retired, and very rarely access the internet when away from home. When working in the garage I use an extender linked to my home hub.
My phone's data allowance is not shared.
Since seeking information re this matter, I have found that some other EE users are experiencing the same issue. In addition I have found that BBC iPlayer and FB are the heaviest users of data on my phone.
Is there an inbuilt mechanism on my phone that automatically connects to the phone's data allowance when not using our home WiFi? If there is, can I control it?
Cheers

@aoutlion123 When not connected to WiFi your device will automatically use cellular data. If you don’t want to use cellular data on these apps in the settings of your device you can switch off cellular data for these apps. You can even do it in the settings of these apps on your device. If you say what device it is you’ll get a more detailed response on how to achieve this.

Hello Chris_B.
Thankyou for this information.
I have, as a result of your information, stopped mobile data access for BBC iPlayer, Instagram and Facebook.
My 7 day subscription restarts on the 5/12/25, so will be able to establish usage for the following 7 days. My current 7 day allowance has already ended.
Thanks for your input
Colin

Your reply has made me search further into the phones facilities.
This online solution has taken me to the location where I can control what Apps can access mobile data.
Many thanks.
