No Data with 4 bars of 5G

We have been experiencing poor 5G speed for the past 3 weeks. EE technical help are not much use, they make out they have done something or they know when the issue will be fixed. Yet it always reverts to the same lucky to get 0.5 Mbps after 17:00 each day. During the day 10Mbps if you are lucky. Network issues on the web or the app doesn’t work. Has anyone else experienced the same thing. Will be looking to leave EE if not sorted soon. Thanks

Are you saying that data speeds are varying during the day? On the face of it, that's likely to be a capacity issue - although there's some aspects that are not entirely clear from your post.

Prior to this 3week "cliff edge", were speeds noticeably better than what you describe? Can you quantify them?

It would be unusual for congestion issues to occur so suddenly, which lends weight to a combination of factors being at play.

Thanks for your message. I am saying that our 5G signal shows 4 bars, but the speed is at best 10 Mbps. This drops to about 0.5 Mbps every night.

We have contacted EE Technical help many times, but they don't say whether there's a network issue, and they never resolve the problem.

It is not our hardware, as we have changed everything to prove our system. We have brought a Vodafone SIM card and are getting 80 Mbps.

Our speed with EE has declined over the past year; we used to get 80-100 Mbps.

If EE don't resolve the issue soon, we will move our four accounts to another network provider.

Thanks

Raising network issues with CS is exactly the right thing to do - what have they offered thus far by means of further investigation or next steps?

Your first post alluded to this problem having occurred in the past 3 weeks, you've now mentioned this being a longer-term issue.
