It looks like as soon as Ieave the house, my phone is offline, even though I have plenty of data to use. I checked it when I logged into my account. It started happening after I reached my data limit last month. But it's a new month, and the data allowance kicked in, unfortunately, it seems like my phone is still offline. Can someone from the EE technical team help me?

Is mobile data enabled on your phone? If yes - try toggling it off/on. If no - it needs to be enabled.

What are the symptoms that make you think your phone is offline? Can you make & receive calls?
