My data is suspended but just my data? I’ve barely used any of my allowance

What do you mean your data has been suspended?

Are you on pay as you go?

When did you use data or make a call?

Need more information, as it sounds like it could have gone into hibernation if no chargeable call, text etc has been made or used.
