At 08.20 hrs this morning, 27/12, I ordered an additional data package (unlimited for 1 day @ £4.02) having apparently reached my plan's monthly limit . At 13.30 hrs this package has still not been dilvered and I remain on a download speed of less than 1 mb.
How long should delivery normally take ?
Since my monthly resets on 29/12, how do I obtain a refund of my £4.02 ?

If your monthly allowance of data has run out, any extra data add-ons purchased should be available to use straight away.
Did you check your online account/EE app to see if the add-on was showing at all?
If you have and it's not there, then please call us directly so we can check what's happened.
