When I originally set up all the EE contracts I have ( 2 landline broadband and a SIM only deal ) at the Northwich ( Cheshire ) shop, I was told that although the SIM only deal was 0.5GB , but because I had the 2 broadband deals running concurrently, that this mobile data would be increased to 5GB . I've just noticed ( after logging on to print out a bill ) that my data usage limit seems to have been reduced to 2GB .
Not sure why this has been reduced ?

How long have you had the extra data for?
If you log into the EE app and select add-ons, do you have a data add-on showing?
