Data gifting

Why does it take 15 minutes of my time to gift data. It used to be a simple procedure.  Now it's a nightmare trying to get to the place before you can even start gifting.  Make this easier please. I should be able to click on the EE app and it should be an option from there. Why are you making it so difficult to get there?

Could you explain why it's taking so long please? It's my understanding that there should be an option there on the first screen once you've logged in.

@michellecalligy  open the app click manage  ( at the bottom)  then scroll down to the gift data tab.
