Hi,
I have been trying all day to gift some of my data to my cousin phone. I can access the data gifting page on my EE app, but every time I click "gift data" with a selected amount, I'm stuck with a notification stating: "Gifting failed. Something went wrong and the data hasn't been gifted." It's incredibly annoying and I can't seem to gift anywhere on the website. Any help? The app is up to date and I've never really experienced any problems with it before. Would be grateful for any advice.

You can only gift to pay monthly contracts you are the bill payer and owner.
Are you the bill payer and owner of your cousin mobile contract?
