data limits

My plan says that I get 40Gb of data. However, on my phone settings  it shows 2Gb data usage, which has almost ran out. 

Any ideas how to resolve?

@JacquiP   What does it say on your EE account ?    Or if you text ALLOWANCE to 150 what does it say ? 

Your device settings are probably adjustable for you to set so you can see how much data you are using.
