I have 2 phones on the same account. One is old and will not download the My EE app, the other will.
Can I gift data to the newer one in my EE account on-line? If not, how can I do it?
Any help appreciated.

Thanks @GY71dnx.
At this point I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.
They'll be able to explore your account and see why you're unable to gift data.

At the top of the Menu of your online MyEE does it say "Single User A/c"?
