Data gifting

I have 2 phones on the same account. One is old and will not download the My EE app, the other will.

Can I gift data to the newer one in my EE account on-line? If not, how can I do it?

Any help appreciated.

Both phones are pay monthly for the last 22 years with EE (as it is now)

@GY71dnx , click on menu and then data usage and you will see data gifting, hope that helps.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@GY71dnx , could you check your plan whether it includes data gifting, and also make sure whether one of your numbers has data gifting?

Business plans don't allow data gifting, just to provide another possible scenario.
