Data gifting problem

Good afternoon, 

I have been trying to gift data to my son all day and it keeps telling me that it’s not working. I have logged in and out, restarted the app and waited but it’s still not working. Is there a central issue that is causing this or is it just me? This has been a recurring problem over the past few weeks.

Please get in touch with our mobile care team and they will check your accounts and see if they can gift the data to the other number for you.
