My new allowance starts on the 29th of every month but I’ve had a text and website account has confirmed to say I’ve used 100% of my allowance for the month but not sure how as I’ve been on WiFi at home and it’s the first day of my new allowance?

I have had the same problem. My data should have been renewed today back up to 10GB. When I looked tonight it’s saying I’ve only got 3.6 left. I can’t possibly have used 6.4GB when I normally use less than 2GB a month. B
