Continual data sharing problems

Almost every time when I go to share data with my family (usually when monthly reset) I get error messages saying sharing not available whether I use the mobile app or online. Today was the same and I went to report it online but the messaging wasn't even availble! Rather ironic that EE is a major digital communications company but frequently has this fault. As per other posts regarding problems with the EE app, I have in the past reinstalled the app.

Thanks for coming here. 

Do you get the same error message if you log into your My EE account online and gift data? 

Can you access other areas in the app such as view allowances and bills?

Hi. Just using online EE as got phone problem.  I can usually get as far as selecting a phone to gift data to then error message saying gifting not available. Sometimes Mobile App won't open at all but most problems are with data gifting.

Have you tried another browser? 

Do you have more than 500mb of data left to gift data?

Can't remember re browser but I can access the rest of the EE website untilI I select the phone to gift data to. It is usually at the start of the account month when I have new maximum data.

This would need to be reported to our mobile care team on 150, please try calling us again and the team can get this looked into for you.

OK thank you but would it not be easier for everyone if this page was sent to them or a portal where any faults could be reported?
