How come since I refused the so called "FREE Upgrade to 5G" which would have changed my payment monthly from £23 To £30+ where's the FREE in that!! my internet has been continually sluggish and nigh on unusable when online and playing games ? I have done ALL the Anti virus scans and Malware scans and come up with nothing that has resolved this problem.
I'm starting to think that ALL IP 's are just a scam unless you upgrade to the "so called recent "Free Upgrades" and I have been given NO realistic or "Honest" reasons to think otherwise!! I too will be changing to another Internet provider as soon as my contract ends Period!
So hopefully someone may be able to help me resolve this problem at their earliest convenience till then my decision stands. Thank you for your help and input be it negative or otherwise I dnt really care.

Does this happen in more than one area?
Do we have reported problems for the area you are in on the EE Coverage and Network Status Checker, if you select 'check status'?
