Hi @Leanne_T ,

I have a SIMO plan that I use with a handset I purchased contract free from Apple. The SIMO contract expired in Feb this year.

As I am now no longer working from home every day I need more data. 

When I log into my account the "upgrade" button (next to "shop" and "manage account") is not clickable.

The upgrade hub says "you can't upgrade this device yet". 

Please can you help - as I am sure this is wrong.
