Welcome to the community. 

If your contract has ended you should absolutely be able to upgrade. 

Please give us a call on 150 so our customer care team can look into why your account is saying you can't upgrade.

Hi yes because l pay to much end l don’t have more money l will benn happy to pay for two contracts 70 pounds lm struggling with money

Can I change my plan for unlimited  data

@Traceymbolter  You can and you’ll need to call customer services to request this.  Obviously it’ll mean a higher monthly payment.   When you call customer services, just tell them you want to increase your monthly allowance to unlimited data. Do not say you want to upgrade.

I just talk on the phone with someone of EE staff and I was told I can't downgraded my current monthly plan. Is than correct? I can't afford this plan anymore, so I'd like to stay with EE, but at a lower cost.

That's true that you can't downgrade the price plan whilst in contract. If you're having problems paying your bills, I definitely recommend discussing it with our mobile care team.
