Can’t gift data in the app

Hi I have tried to gift data in the app to one of the numbers linked to my account and haven’t been able to

i have been able to do it on the online account

There are a few threads the same in this community but no answers - can someone advise what the issue is? I have cleared my cache and reinstalled the app but getting the same issue

Hi 

when I go to select ‘gift data’ 

I usually gave the option to gift data to my son or partner but only my son came up

however I’ve just gone in to take a screen shot and the option now comes up! That’s a bit frustrating- spent a good while yesterday trying to sort
