Can not find my allowance left data anymore

Hi, i have always seen my data allowance when i went into EE app but it’s not there and can not find it anywhere! Just like to check it to see how much left until it renews but it’s not showing me anymore

If you text BALANCE to 150, does the reply show the remaining usage? 

What happens when you select Manage in the EE app?
