Hi I have an account with mine and my 2 children’s numbers on which I have gifted data to for years. My son and I have recently got new iPhones through the account but I can no longer gift data to him? I don’t know why? Anyone have any suggestions?

When you got the New iPhones did you change to a different Monthly Plan? or put them on a different Account?
