Bought a EE pay as you go. Internet not connecting

Hi. I bought a pay as you go pack for £10. Messages and calls work. Says no internet, even though I have 8gb. No error messages, just wonk connect. I have tried turn on and off. Still no internet. Really need this working.

It says my balance is 1p. However it says I have until 27th July 500 minutes call time, unlimited messages and 8 gb of internet. On phone strength only bars show. No 3G, 4G or 5G. I have the Note 8.

Looks like you have no mobile data network connection from there. Have you Checked Status of the Network Status Checker there and reported your problem via that link?
