Hi,

I had this message come through “Hi from EE: You've now used all of the data you can gift. You'll get more next month but, in the meantime, you can continue to enjoy using your unlimited data allowance.” A day or two after my phone would only display the E mark not the 4g symbol meaning I don’t have internet, I presumed I had gone over my unlimited data but it should have refreshed today and i’m still having this issue when not connected to wifi.

any help would be appreciated

Can you try restarting your phone, does the same happen?

Occasionally this will fix the problem for an hour or so but not always and sometimes after restarting the device I have no signal at all

Yes it’s happened in a few different postal code areas

Are you having a problem with your data connection? Could you try restarting your phone and giving it a try this morning please?

yes i have tried multiple time this morning but not able to make calls and
internet. i have port my number from lebera

When did you request the number to be ported, @jobanjeet? Is your Lebara SIM still active?
