Block a phone from internet use temporarily

Anyone know if you can block an iPhone on contract with EE temporarily so a teen can't use it to connect to the internet or use data.

@Rach5919 If that’s via cellular data just login to the account that this device is on and select that device. Now click the person icon top right now click settings and permissions and at the top turn off USE MOBILE DATA.
