I tried to go into my tinder but for some reason since moving out it seems ee might have blocked me from certain sights

@Baileym04  if that’s via the app and cellular data that’s going to  be content lock,  You need to call customer support and with a credit card pay a refundable token to have content removed or you can go to a store with indicate photo ID and make the request to have content removed from your account there.

@Baileym04 : EE's Content Lock is being applied to adult sites. Are you on contract or PAYG?

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to visit Content unlock or call CS with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
