@QU5mus  Safe search is a Google browser setting.
Content lock is an EE account setting this is on by default and you have to prove to EE your over 18 and that’s done by calling customer support and requesting the feature to be disabled and you’ll need a credit card to be a refundable token or you go to an EE store with in date photo ID to make this request there.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@QU5mus  congratulations , you’re still going have to prove to EE that you’re over 18.   Saying that on here doesn’t mean anything and nothing can be done to help you on here this is a public forum not customer support.

As I mentioned you go to a store with in date photo ID or you call customer support and you’ll need a credit card.  Only over 18 can have a credit card.

@QU5mus : Are you on contract or PAYG?

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
