Someone please help.
I spoke to an EE guide via the phone but they were not able to help me.
For the past 3 days, when I am on my mobile network (5g), apps such as Youtube and Google Maps are not working. However, If I switch on VPN, they seem to start working.
And they also work if I am connected to wifi!
I reset the network settings, reset phone, deleted apps and reinstalled, removed VPN completely etc and nothing.
Any ideas? Shall I just go to Apple? I think its becoming apparent that its a phone issue as I checked all the settings and everything is as they should be!

you have various things on there like do.
Not too long ago (an hour) i got the following text.
“Hi from EE. Your 24-month Nintendo subscription has ended, we hope you enjoyed it. Thanks.”
funnily enough, I got a laptop from them, no Nintendo products, but this add on was added to my account around about the same time these issues started.
everything is working now!
this must have been done because of the ticket that was raised by the level 2 team possibly.
I did mention this to them before but they said it would not have anything to do with the issues I was having but I was correct. The only reason why I connected the dots, was because of the timings.
I will still wait for a call back from the level 2 tech but for the first time since the start of all this, my data is working again.
bare in mind, this action on my account was done just now without me being on the phone to them, which is why I assumed it was because of the ticket they raised and maybe they looked at my account.
it’s those add ons !!! They must be conflicting with something and for me it was that Nintendo pass thing!

I didn’t think a add on will affect data but nothing will surprise me with EE any more did I get hold of google Netflix as that is what there demanding me to do pointless I know

I’m trying to think when I got the addons and was it the same time as issues started might of been the Xbox time within a month that has got Xbox pass included
