All data gone when i went abraod

Hi community,

I went abroad to egypt, was meant to get new data on 5th August, however ee app shows I've used all my data.

Can't even gift data to a second account i have. 

 

Plz help

If you are in a country, like Egypt,  where you cannot use your own UK allowances when your billing date occurs, you don't have any data to use there & you can no longer gift data until you return to UK.
