150 not accepting texts

Hello,

I have been sent a message from 150 stating I can boost my data or minutes for free but when I send BOOST DATA or BOOST MINS back, the message doesn't send. 

Is there a way to fix this? Thanks

Thanks for posting on the community. 

Can you send texts to all other numbers? 

Could you try sending a new text message to 150 with the option you would like, does this work for you?

Same problem here. I lost my last boost because of it and I now can’t claim my next boost. Reported problem on 150 and was told tech support would phone back. No callback yet.
