10GB monthly allowance, runs out, pay loads to use Internet!!

I'm new here and don't know if this Monile Data is best location vtonpost my question ? if not please can anyone advise or move to best place? I've had a monthly paying contract with EE since I was with a dying relative at hospital.  Ee rang and persuaded me to go onto a new handset and set monthly bill  instead of the pay as you go , as I was having to top up credit to contact family.  that was 2016,  on  a second Samsung handset that is paid off. ee say my monthly bill will be £18 bit it is much more up to £60. they incrsd data allowance  to 10GB but I'm using it all upby half way  in to the month. I then spend lots more on data add ons to be able to use the necessary Internet. is it best to call Ee? if so which number,  150?

@ovun  if this was in 2016, then you’re eligible to upgrade I highly recommend that you upgrade your tariff to a one that includes more data.  It’ll probably be best to call customer service to see what they can offer you.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
