mini hub issues

Does anyone know what to do if your mini hub was working but now flashes green and the wifi won't appear on any devices, I've tried turning it off and on and I tried rebooting it. Any help?

Welcome to the community. 

I am gutted to hear you are having these issues and thanks for explaining what you have tried so far. 

Please could you try a factory reset, using a paperclip try pressing the reset button on your mini hub. 

If after this you are still having issues, please Contact our guides and they can take a look into this for you.
