how to unlock 4GEE wifi mini device? Keep getting page error.

Hi

I have a 4GEE Wifi Min i device and would like to unlock it but when I enter the IMEI I get the following error on the page

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

I have tried this with Brave, Firefox and Safari, any ideas what's up?

@OneInchHospital  have you tried just putting a different network SIM card in the device to see if it’s already unlocked ?

Just on the back of @Chris_B's advice, it could be that your device is already unlocked, but if you find an alternative network SIM doesn't work please contact us, and our team can help further.
