hello how do i register an etop up to my wifi mini please

i have a wifi mini purchased from argos , there was an etop card in the box but when i try to load cash on to the card it declines???? can anyone help me please

Is this new? If not when did you make a chargeable call or text?

thanks but its not a phone im trying to top up its a 4gee wifi mini 2020 mobile broadband, that i dont know how to call from, i dont want to buy credit online , just take the provided  etop up card to the shop and top up that  way like i do with my mothers wifi mini . there was an etop up card provided in the box but when i try to load with cash it says declined????

How are you trying to load it with cash? Are you taking it to a shop that does Top-ups & handing it over with some cash & then they top-up your SIM, not the card? It is just a form of ID of your no.; it can't itself be loaded with cash.

You sure it's not a "eVoucher"? Top-up cards don't have an 'e' in front of their title.
