cant get internet connection from my 4g mobile box

So I have a mobile mini box for internet. It has 40g on it but saying no internet connection, why would that be? (as you can see im not tech savvy!)

@momac21111  Have a look at THIS and click the check status tab.  There could be a mast down in your area.

Which model of mobile router is it?
