I have a valid service plan with EE and have been making my monthly payments via direct debit. However, after relocating to my current apartment, I attempted to update my address online and discovered that my account has been closed.
Could you please clarify why my account is closed despite my ongoing payments? I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

You'll need to call EE CS on 150 as there is no customer account access on these forums.
