I have an external router with SIM card which streams films operates ring outdoor camera up until recently I used a 3 sim and everything was ok now changed to EE can still stream movies but my camera cannot connect.

You probably need to temporarily switch the mobile router to the 2.4 GHz WiFi band only. These smart home devices often can't do 5 GHz.
