My router is on and fully charged. The light is not on so I am not connected to internet. I have 200G of data. I have tried all the recommendations so far. Turning off and on, rebooting, moving router etc. I have only had the router one day. It was working last night and this morning but now - nothing.
Any advice appreciated.

Hi @Spider83
Thanks for coming to the community.
Are you able to try the router SIM card in another device to see if you can connect to the internet?
Leanne.

Thanks @Spider83
Did you have a signal showing when you had the SIM in another device?
What happened when you tried to connect to a web browser?
Leanne.

It was showing as connected to the network but no internet. Web browsers wouldn’t load/open.

Thanks @Spider83
Do we have any known problems showing for your area on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker if you enter your postcode and select 'check status'?
Leanne.
