I am on  a 24 month contract that has increased by 24% in under 17 months.

My first bill was £50 on the 7th of October 2021

It moved to £54.65 on the 7th of April 2022

I have just had an email saying that its going up by £7.86 on or after 31st March 2023. That's £62.51 or approx. 24%.increase.........how can you possibly justify that for a second rate service ? When EE are still advertising the same deal of £50 for new customers !!

I now get a worse service than i Have ever had with constant buffering of devices.

Mates there is a chance it is going to be a big increase next year as well

Yes there will be a big increase next year if I don't cancel my contract. However my contract ends in October, and at present they are offering the same deal to unsuspecting customer at £47 per month. Not the £62.51, I am now paying.
