Why do things have to be complicated

Hi im having problems with my 5g router it keeps dropping connection and i have to do a reset.I have reported it before to be told to take it to an EE store they can give you a loan router and send mine for repair which will take up to 2 weeks.Phoned my nearest Ee store they dont do loans and will take a couple of weeks for repair.I not prepaired to to be without internet as i have not been with EE long.I t gets better went on the app to report it again filled out the questioner and wrote a long comment about my problem then clicked to submit and guess what Sorry this service is not avaiable  please try again.😡

I reported a fault with my 5g broadband  router it keeps dropping connection its not a signal problem because there is no problem using the mobile signal on my phone.They told me to take the router to my local EE Store for repair was told it would be 7/10 days.I have not had it long so why cant they post me a new router.Its costing me £58 per month and im regretting switching now.I cant ring as im at work when the phones are open and using the AI chat help is useless and im just going round in circles.Thanks Martyn

Do you have any other EE devices at the same location? 

If so, do they drop signal?

Two mobiles on EE yes they drop signal on WIFI but if i turn WIFI off on phone they work fine on 4g signal
