Hi EE Community, I registered and ordered a new EE Sim on the 11th of December as I wanted an eSim and my current provider doesn’t support it yet. 2-3 days later I hear from my provider that eSim is soon going to be available so now(16th Of December) I want to cancel the sim I ordered under the 14 Day Cooling Off Period, the sim hasn’t arrived yet and I am not sure if it will arrive within the cooling off period so please assist me if possible in cancelling my contract (I have the order number, the Direct Debit Information and the email + phone number used when ordering). Thanks very much.

You need to call EE CS on 150 to cancel.

Thanks so much for replying Northerner, I have tried going through with the Call but it asks me for my EE number which hasn’t arrived yet, should I wait for the SIM card or should I call again? Please write the steps down for me to be able to go through to a human representative rather than the robot on 150, if possible.

Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
