Using mobile broadband devicr and its only running on 2g no matter where i am.

Hi. Im using mobile device and i can only get 2g on sim ..i used to get 4g ok.

Sim only is not wifi, wifi is to do with broadband.

What phone do you have and how old is it? There is no 3G, so if your phone is not capable of 4 or 5G then it will revert to 2G, 3G has been switched off.
