Unlock blocked sites

Mowerman21
Visitor

I do not  want to be restricted by any filters, or to be arbitrairily  blocked from any sites I wish to visit or connect any of my devices and equipment to.

This blocking practice  should not be imposed by the provider. It should be at the discretion of the user. IE. the account holder, who is actually paying the bill for the service.

If you are taking my money, you should  not be taking away my freedom, by blocking my access in any way whatsoever.

Are you on contract or PAYG?

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hello @Mowerman21 ,

Welcome to the community,

You can log-in to your account, go t settings, scroll down Parental controls where you should be able to change the setting yourself. If you are unable to do so, then ring customer service and they should be able to change the setting for you.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
