Hi @superghost99

Welcome to the community.

Is it just the card reader that's having problems connecting? Can you connect any other devices?

Chris

Connects to the Ipad no problem. Card reader has connected to the EE 4G Modem until recently. Card reader works as can connect to hotspot feature on phone.

It may be worth having a chat with our Mobile Care team, @superghost99

Hopefully they can refresh your SIM card to try and get it working.

Set its WiFi security to:

WPA Mode
WPA2

for both the 2.4 & 5 GHz bands.
