£40 Month data sim run out early so I've paid another £40 and it hasn't started automatically. I've spent over an hour talking to 3 different team members only for them to tell me to txt NOW to 150....my question is how do I do that from a data sim that's in a router with no buttons

Texting NOW is only for PAYG phone SIMs with packs, not for data SIMs.

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.

@Garry38  You take the sim out and put it in a phone.

Hi @Garry38

Are you able to put the SIM into a phone to send the message?
