I have had an absolute nightmare with this. The system insists that I tick a box that simply does not exist anywhere on the screen or in the form, making it impossible to complete what I need to do. I contacted customer service, and they were absolutely useless. They failed to properly acknowledge the issue, could not explain why the option was missing, and offered no workable solution. I ended the call with the problem completely unresolved. This has been a totally unacceptable and time‑wasting experience. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the standard of support provided, and I expect this to be investigated and resolved as a priority.
